In these circumstances we adopt a variety of alternative methods of assessment with the goal to determine the client is getting reasonable returns for the risks being taken.

If any paragraph of this disclaimer is found to be illegal, prohibited or unenforceable, then this shall not invalidate the other paragraphs which shall remain in full force and effect as if the illegal or unenforceable paragraph had not been made a part of this disclaimer.
